Specialization
I specialize in representing my clients in the purchases and sales of single-family residences and income producing property within State College, Port Matilda, Warriors Mark, Tyrone, Philipsburg, Bellefonte, Howard, Boalsburg, and Spring Mills. I keep current of all transactions in these areas, and since I grew up in the area I’m also knowledgeable with the local schools and activities.

Personal
I’m a State College native having been born in Bellefonte and raised in the Port Matilda area. Growing up as the daughter of a Land Surveyor, has encouraged my interest in all aspects Real Estate, including land development, and new construction. Over the years, my husband Rich and I have acquired several different types of investment properties and have built several new homes. I enjoy teaching others how to obtain their first home, or how to build wealth with investment properties. I also enjoy showing clients around the area, and sharing with them my experience and knowledge of the Local Real Estate Market.
